Drug Class
Prozac and Cymbalta belong to two different drug classes.

Effectiveness
Some studies have compared the effectiveness of Prozac to the effectiveness of Cymbalta. In general, these studies have found that Prozac and Cymbalta are similarly effective in the treatment of major depressive disorder.
